Red, White and Tuna is the third in a series of comedic plays. Each set in the fictional town of Tuna, Texas, the “third-smallest” town in the state. The plays were written by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears, and Ed Howard. They are at once an affectionate comment on small-town, Southern life and attitudes but also a withering satire of same.
The Vagabond Players is an independent local theatre group that perform 3 plays a year on the Iris Stage, inside Books & Crannies. We have had the joy to see past performances like “Last Round-Up of the Guacamole Queens” and “Steel Magnolia” and now will do 5 performances with Red White and Tuna in October.
Tickets are available at Books & Crannies. But you better hurry up, they are very attractive and gets sold out very fast!
