This was the second time Dallas Symphony Orchestra visited E! Terrell and Terrell Performing Art Center. It is always a special feeling when an entire symphony enters the house with their instruments and professionalism and last night was also a very special day for the orchestra! It was the first time they were conducted on stage by Ruth Reinhardt. Ruth moved here from Germany, just two weeks ago and she told InTerrell.Net that she did not anticipate this amazing audience who joined with whisle and clap in their last song Colonel Bogey March.

Mr Ryan Anthony also did an amazing performance with Haydn’s Trumpet Concerto in Eb Major. Mr. Anthony who is a cancer survivor was also presented with a check of $500 to the Ryan Anthony Foundation by E! Terrell’s president Dana Skelton.

Before the show, high school students from Terrell, Wills Point and Kaufman was getting the privilege to listen to a special presentation of the music that was to be played at the concert. The student outreach program is very important for E! Terrell and they put a lot of effort in finding artists and performances where the students in each grade can sometimes during the year get a showcase.
